Tod started his Real Estate career in the Okanagan in 1973. Prior to
that he spent many years in the automotive industry. Tod worked his way up the ladder after finishing a 5 year apprenticeship as an automotive mechanic at BCIT.From there he worked as a mechanic, shop foreman, and service manager. He owned and operated an after market accessory install and repair shop until 1979. Always upgrading his education Tod went to UBC to qualify for his Real Estate Salesman's license and then the Real Estate Agents license. Since 1980, He has worked at, Little Oak Realty which joined the RE/MAX organization in 1992. Having been at Remax Little Oak Realty since 1980, Tod is the longest-standing realtor there. Tod is a top producer and is among the top 10 % of all Realtors in the Fraser Valley Real Estate.
Throughout Tod's real estate career, he has served on many committees both in Real Estate and in the private and public sector.

Tod's wife Nancy is a long time teacher in Abbotsford and they have 2 sons. Both boys graduated from Robert Bateman High School. One is working and living in Vancouver, while the other is working and studying at UCFV. Tod works hard to balance his work load and his family life.
Tod has been working with Relocation firms across Canada since 1975. This gives him a better understanding
of how the relocation process evolves, whether it's Military, Police, or other corporate clients the transferee is in good hands. Tod has been an area specialist in all Residential & Strata properties, House& acreage properties, Horse properties & bare land. Over the years he has been consulting with Buyers & Sellers on all aspects of real estate.
